Hello,
I was able to talk to mom today, after what seemed like along time!

Just an update--nothing big--

On Sept. 7th it will be two months on dad's leg, but it still could take up to 6 months, we have to wait till the orthopedic surgian comes and looks at it, and we are not sure when that will be.

His arm is out of the cast, or whatever it was called that it was in, and they still have it wrapped, because it is fragile, and they don't want to re-hurt it while moving him around.

Like I said before he is able to chop on pea-sized ice chips.

Mom went to work today, back to substituting, I am not sure how often mom will be substituting.

Mom might be needed some supportive, upbeat, listen to her talk, kind of calls for the first week of September, if anyone is interested in calling. I will be arriving in Denver sometime on Sunday evening (Sept 6th).

I also have a favor. I will be with mom for two weeks and I would love if anyone could watch my girls (pepper-22 months and Sedona 4 years) for about 5 hours any of those days. I would love to go and be with my dad a couple days a week I am visiting, and from what I understand it is about 45 minutes to an hour long drive, so if I want any quality time I have to ask someone to watch them for a good chunk of time. Maybe 2 people can split the time? Anyway, if anyone can, please just leave a comment. Thanks so much!! Such wonderful support!
