Everyday dad is makeing baby steps.
He is now down to 40% oxygen and 4.5 PEEP
He was 100% oxygen and 10 PEEPS when he came in.
A normal person is about 20% oxygen and .5 PEEP
So more than 1/2 way!!
Dad had another blessing today and it really gave us some great hope.
Bishop Marble gave the blessing with Terry Keller assisting.
Jon (Doran's son)and Jack Zufelt was also in the circle.
We also have some music playing in his room. Right now some Hymns, but hopefully soon we will play some music from his spinning (intense bicycling), inlcluding his favorite song--get this---"Holiday in my Head" by Smashmouth---how appropraite!! Thanks Marci Zufelt for the great idea with the music.
A fast has started and will are so thankful for all those participating, no matter where they are!!
He is having a chest x-ray tonight, but we will post results tomorrow.
Tomorrow is Father's Day and we will be doing some things as a family--including reading dad all the comments left thus far.
Thanks again to everyone and continue with the prayers--both of thanksgiving for the miracles and blessings thus far and for the ones yet to come!! We know that the Lords hand is in this
Love to all,
Amy

Doran and Joye,
We were so sad to hear about the accident, but want you to know that we are praying for you both many times during the day. We admire you both and are grateful to know you. Doran, we have always appreciated your big smile and friendly greeting whenever we see you. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Much love, Doug and Gail Berkey

We continue to pray for Doran and all of you and will be participating in the fast.
